Showtime SingersShowtime Singers
The Showtime Singers are a group of professional and non-professional singers who sing mainly Broadway songs. It is an intergenerational and non-denominational group, and diversity is welcome. There are optional performances during the year and a spectacular final concert at the end of the year. The group is lead by Barbara Brilliant, formerly host/producer for 12 years at WBZ TV and Artist in Residence for the City of Boston. Barbara is a musician and arranger and attended McGill Conservatory of Music. She was honored in New York by ASCAP for her album Better Late Than Never, featuring Rebecca Parris in 6 of the songs. Says Barbara, "the Showtime SIngers are not only good singers but great people".
